| Product Name | BstEII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0391 |
| Description | With specificity for the degenerate sequence 5 prime G^GTNACC 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease processes plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. The enzyme is standardised at 20 U/uL, digests in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C, and is inactivated by heating at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm and CpG methylation leave activity untouched, whereas EcoKI and EcoBI methylation at overlapping sequences may influence cutting, and BstPI, Eco91I, EcoO65I and PspE are recognised isoschizomers. This unit ships with ice packs and stores at -20°C |
