| Product Name | BstBI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0393 |
| Description | This rapid recombinant endonuclease recognises 5 prime TT^CGAA 3 prime and delivers precise digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it runs in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage, and the isoschizomers AsuII, Bpu14I, Bsp119I, BspT104I, NspV and SfuI share the same specificity. The unit ships with ice packs and stores at -20°C |
