| Product Name | BsrGI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0394 |
| Description | Engineered for fast DNA processing, this recombinant endonuclease cuts 5 prime T^GTACA 3 prime and handles plasmid linearisation and gene cloning digests within 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 20 U/uL, digests in the shared rapid series buffer at its 37°C optimum, and is inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes after the reaction. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation all leave activity unaffected, and BstAUI and Bsp1407I are documented isoschizomers. |
| Intended Use | Vector construction and gene cloning with rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA |
| Principle / Technology | Site specific cleavage at 5 prime T^GTACA 3 prime within 5 to 15 minutes at 37°C |
