| Product Name | BspHI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0398 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime T^CATGA 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease prepares DNA fragments for cloning and digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. The preparation is standardised at 10 U/uL and performs in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C, followed by inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam and EcoBI methylation overlapping the site may block cleavage, a consideration for DNA isolated from Dam positive strains, and CciI and PagI are documented isoschizomers. |
