| Product Name | BsiWI Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0526 |
| Description | A type IIP restriction enzyme that recognises the palindromic site 5 prime C^GTACG 3 prime, BsiWI is supplied with an optimised dedicated reaction buffer that lets the enzyme perform at its best, and the buffer contains recombinant albumin, which improves the stability of many enzymes. Digestion runs at 55°C and is stopped by heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. PspLI and Pfl23II are recognised isoschizomers, and one unit fully digests 1 microgram of p615 substrate in one hour at 55°C in a 50 microlitre reaction. |
