| Product Name | Bsh1236I (BstUI) Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0399 |
| Description | Cutting the CpG containing site 5 prime CG^CG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease is blocked when CpG methylation overlaps the sequence, which also makes it useful for methylation sensitive analysis of genomic DNA. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 20 U/uL, and operates in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. BstUI, BspFNI, BstFNI and AccII are recognised isoschizomers. |
| Intended Use | Rapid digestion and CpG methylation sensitive analysis at CGCG sites for cloning workflows |
