Detection Principle Magnesium ions are hydroxidized to colloidal particles in alkaline medium, and further combined with datan yellow to show orange-red color, the product has a characteristic absorption peak at 540 nm, and serum magnesium content can be quantitatively detected by the change of absorbance value.
