Product Name ApoA1 Test Kit
Catalog No. BBITK-HMM-0037
Description Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) and Apolipoprotein B (ApoB) have been used as important indicators of risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.ApoA1 is the major structural protein of HDL (about 65% of total HDL protein) and ApoB is the major structural protein of LDH (about 98% of total LDH protein), so ApoA1 and ApoB directly reflect the levels of HDL and LDL. content of HDL and LDL. Domestic and international research data show that decreased ApoA1 and increased ApoB are risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the detection rate of dyslipidemia in patients is very high. Currently, the methods commonly used in clinical laboratories for the determination of ApoA1 include one-way immunodiffusion, rate-scattering turbidimetry, immunoturbidimetric assay, and immunolabeling techniques.
