| Product Name | BglII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (50 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0392 |
| Description | Cutting 5 prime A^GATCT 3 prime, this engineered rapid endonuclease prepares DNA fragments for cloning and digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at a high concentration of 50 U/uL, operates in the unified rapid series buffer at its 37°C optimum, and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. The high concentration format suits workflows where minimal glycerol carryover and concentrated enzyme dosing matter. This unit ships with ice packs and stores at -20°C |
