| Product Name | BclI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0389 |
| Description | This rapid recombinant endonuclease targets 5 prime T^GATCA 3 prime and cleaves plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes, serving DNA fragmentation and cloning as well as gene editing sample preparation. It is supplied at 20 U/uL, digests in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C, and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam and EcoBI methylation fully overlapping the site block cleavage while Dcm, CpG and EcoKI methylation are tolerated. No star activity appears during 3 hours of incubation, though prolonged digestion beyond the recommended window may induce it, and BsiQI, FbaI and Ksp22I are listed isoschizomers. |
