| Product Name | AvrII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (5 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0374 |
| Description | This recombinant rapid endonuclease recognises 5 prime C^CTAGG 3 prime and delivers precise cleavage of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 5 U/uL, it runs in the universal rapid digestion buffer shared by the whole series, keeping reaction assembly simple, and its activity redundancy absorbs substrate overload and difficult templates. Incubation at 80°C for 20 minutes inactivates the enzyme after digestion. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation do not affect cutting, and the site is shared by the isoschizomers AspA2I, BlnI and XmaJI. |
