| Product Name | AvaII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0383 |
| Description | Targeting the degenerate sequence 5 prime G^GWCC 3 prime, where W is A or T, this rapid recombinant endonuclease handles plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 10 U/uL, it digests in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C and is inactivated by 20 minutes at 80°C CpG and Dcm methylation overlapping the site may impede cutting, an point worth noting for methylated substrates, and Bme18I and Eco47I are recognised isoschizomers. Downstream genomic DNA processing for analytical workflows is a typical application. |
