| Product Name | AseI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0381 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime ATTA^AT 3 prime, this engineered rapid endonuclease produces clean cuts in plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. The preparation is standardised at 10 U/uL and digests in the common series buffer at 37°C, with inactivation afterwards at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoBI methylation influences cleavage at overlapping sequences, and PshBI and VspI are established isoschizomers of this enzyme. |
