| Product Name | AscI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0373 |
| Description | Generated through genetic engineering recombinant technology, this rapid endonuclease completes precise DNA cleavage within 5 to 15 minutes and suits fast digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA. It recognises the palindromic site 5 prime GG^CGCGCC 3 prime and is supplied at 10 U/uL. All enzymes in this rapid series share one digestion buffer, which simplifies reaction setup, and generous activity redundancy lets the enzyme handle substrate excess or difficult templates with ease. Heat inactivation is achieved by incubating at 80°C for 20 minutes, and the isoschizomers PalAI and SgsI cut the same site. CpG methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage while Dam, Dcm, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation have no effect. |
