| Product Name | AflII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0379 |
| Description | With specificity for 5 prime C^TTAAG 3 prime, this recombinant rapid endonuclease prepares DNA fragments for cloning and gene engineering work, cutting plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. The enzyme ships at 20 U/uL and performs in the series wide shared buffer at 37°C, with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation have no influence on activity, and BspTI, BfrI, BstAFI, MspCI and Vha464I are recognised isoschizomers. |
