| Product Name | AfeI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0386 |
| Description | Cutting the palindromic site 5 prime AGC^GCT 3 prime to yield blunt ended fragments, this rapid recombinant endonuclease supports DNA fragment preparation, vector construction and digest based plasmid verification. It completes digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 10 U/uL, and runs in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation overlapping the site blocks cleavage, and Eco47III is the recognised isoschizomer. |
