Product Name Advanced Reverse Transcriptase, Glycerol-Free, Ultra-Low Residual (200 U/uL)
Catalog No. IVDRM-0518
Description Engineered from M-MLV (H-) Reverse Transcriptase, this reverse transcriptase reacts faster and more stably than the parent enzyme, and a refining process leaves nuclease, host genomic DNA and background bacterial genomic DNA residue extremely low at under 0.02 copies of E. coli genomic DNA per 100 U. The formulation contains no glycerol, so it can be used to prepare lyophilised RT-qPCR reagents, and lyophilised assays retain high detection sensitivity and good stability. After 5 days of accelerated storage at 37°C the amplification curve shape, fluorescence values and Ct values remain unchanged, and the enzyme also serves library construction for high throughput sequencing.
