Product Name Acridinium salt NSP-SA with CAS 211106-69-3 for protein and nucleic acid labeling
Catalog No. IGM-HMM-0168
Description Acridinium salt NSP-SA is a yellow solid or powder with a molecular weight of 584.66. It shows strong absorption in the visible range and, importantly, is highly soluble in water, which makes it convenient to use in biological and chemical experiments. In dilute solution it displays purple or green fluorescence; upon further dilution, hydrolysis of the salt yields free acridine, which exhibits purple fluorescence. This distinctive fluorescent behavior gives NSP-SA broad utility in fluorescence analysis and detection. It also features high sensitivity and a high signal-to-noise ratio, allowing the detection of low-concentration targets while effectively suppressing background interference, and it retains its fluorescent characteristics even in the presence of other fluorescent substances or pigments.
Intended Use Labeling of proteins, antigens, antibodies and nucleic acids (DNA, RNA) for chemiluminescent and fluorescence-based detection in biological research.
Detection Method Fluorescence analysis and chemiluminescence detection.
