| Product Name | Acridinium hydrazide NSP-SA-ADH with purity ≥98% |
| Catalog No. | IGM-HMM-0187 |
| Description | NSP-SA-ADH is an acridinium hydrazide compound designed for chemiluminescence-based immunoassays. It is supplied as a yellow solid or powder with a molecular weight of 740.85 and a molecular formula of C34H40N6O9S2. The hydrazide terminus of the molecule reacts readily with aldehyde groups, enabling efficient acridinium labeling of aldehyde-bearing polysaccharides, nucleic acids and proteins. With a purity of at least 98% as verified by HPLC, the reagent offers good water solubility, a stable manufacturing process and minimal batch-to-batch variation, making it well suited for sensitive immunodetection workflows. |
| Intended Use | Labeling of proteins, antigens, antibodies and nucleic acids (DNA, RNA) for chemiluminescent immunoassay applications. |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | The hydrazide terminus reacts with aldehyde-containing polysaccharides, nucleic acids or proteins to introduce acridinium labels onto the target molecule. |
| Storage Conditions | Store refrigerated at 2–8 °C, tightly sealed, dry and protected from light. |
