| Description | This recombinant rapid endonuclease recognises 5 prime C^CGC 3 prime and delivers quick, precise digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. Because CpG methylation overlapping the site blocks cleavage, the enzyme also serves methylation sensitive applications in addition to routine cloning. It runs in the unified rapid series buffer at 37°C and is inactivated by heating at 80°C for 20 minutes, with BspACI and SsiI listed as isoschizomers. |
