| Product Name | AccI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0377 |
| Description | This recombinant rapid endonuclease targets the degenerate site 5 prime GT^MKAC 3 prime, where M stands for A or C and K for G or T, and clears plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 10 U/uL, it operates in the unified rapid series buffer at 37°C and is inactivated by 20 minutes at 80°C CpG sequences fully overlapping the site block cutting, and the enzyme shares its specificity with the isoschizomers XmiI and FblI. Typical uses include constructing recombinant vectors, inserting target genes and preparing linearised plasmid templates. |
