| Product Name | AatII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0384 |
| Description | This fast recombinant endonuclease cleaves 5 prime GACGT^C 3 prime, leaving a 3 prime overhang, and completes digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. It is standardised at 20 U/uL, operates in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C, and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation at overlapping sequence may obstruct cleavage, and ZraI is the documented isoschizomer. Fragment cloning and general molecular cloning workflows are the main applications. |
