Description Alta DiagnoTech DA-67 is a crystalline water-soluble chromogen that forms a blue compound in peroxidase-coupled hydrogen peroxide reactions.
Intended Use For high-sensitivity hydrogen peroxide detection and biochemical reagent formulation.
Principle / Technology In the presence of peroxidase, the chromogen reacts with hydrogen peroxide to form a blue compound whose absorbance change is measured at 666 nm.
Storage Conditions Store sealed, dry and protected from light at 2-8°C; for long-term storage, keep protected from light at -25°C to -15°C.
