Description Polystyrene 96-well microplate with modified high-binding surface chemistry for maximum protein adsorption capacity. Flat bottom well geometry optimized for spectrophotometric reading. Ideal for sandwich and indirect ELISA protocols requiring high coating efficiency.
Intended Use Solid-phase immunoassay platform for sandwich ELISA, indirect ELISA, and protein binding assays where maximal passive adsorption of capture antibodies or antigens is required for assay sensitivity.
Principle / Technology Modified polystyrene surface with increased hydrophobicity and elevated oxygen/carbon ratio promotes hydrophobic and ionic interactions with protein molecules. Surface binding capacity 400-500 ng IgG/cm2, approximately twice that of medium binding plates.
