Description The Alta DiagnoTech Protein A affinity medium combines a mechanically reinforced agarose matrix with epoxy-coupled Protein A. The porous hydrophilic beads provide selective antibody binding, alkali-compatible cleaning and practical pressure-flow performance for downstream capture.
