Product Name 50 µm Protein G Affinity PMMA Medium 45-55 mg/mL Human IgG DBC
Catalog No. IGM-HMM-0244
Description The Alta DiagnoTech Protein G affinity medium immobilizes Protein G on an epoxy-activated PMMA matrix. Its broad binding spectrum includes strong interaction with antibody Fc regions and weaker interaction with Fab regions, supporting purification of antibodies and antibody fragments from cell culture and serum sources.
Intended Use Affinity capture and purification of antibodies or antibody fragments from cell culture materials and sera from multiple species.
Principle / Technology Protein G affinity capture using epoxy-immobilized Protein G on PMMA beads.
Performance Range / Specifications 50 µm particles; dynamic binding capacity 45-55 mg/mL for human IgG at four minutes residence time; maximum pressure 0.8 MPa.
Package Specifications 30 mL, 50 mL, 100 mL, 300 mL, 500 mL, 1 L, 5 L, 10 L, 50 L and 100 L
