Product Name 50 µm Anti-A/Anti-B Agglutinin-Removal Affinity PMMA Media
Catalog No. IGM-HMM-0232
Description The Alta DiagnoTech paired affinity media are designed to remove anti-A and anti-B agglutinin antibodies from plasma-derived immunoglobulin after upstream chromatography. Monodisperse PMMA beads carry polysaccharide antigen A or B ligands for selective binding, with low ligand leakage and low nonspecific adsorption.
Intended Use Selective removal of anti-A and anti-B agglutinins from plasma-derived immunoglobulin preparations.
Principle / Technology Immunoaffinity chromatography using polysaccharide antigen A and antigen B ligands on PMMA beads.
Performance Range / Specifications Approximately 50 µm particles; pH range 2-12; maximum pressure 0.8 MPa; two complementary affinity media target anti-A and anti-B agglutinins.
Storage Conditions 20% ethanol storage solution
Package Specifications Each affinity medium: 30 mL, 50 mL, 100 mL, 300 mL, 500 mL, 1 L, 5 L, 10 L, 50 L and 100 L
