Description The Alta DiagnoTech multimode chromatography medium combines anion-exchange and hydrophobic interaction mechanisms on high-flow, high-rigidity agarose beads. Controlled pore structure and reinforced bead rigidity support high binding capacity, favorable flow performance and scale-up from laboratory to industrial purification.
Intended Use Multimode chromatographic purification of monoclonal antibodies and other biomolecules in laboratory and industrial workflows.
