Description	The Alta DiagnoTech Protein A affinity medium uses monodisperse porous polymethyl methacrylate beads with an epoxy-coupled, alkali-tolerant recombinant Protein A ligand. The hydrophilic high-strength matrix is designed for low backpressure, stable column beds and antibody capture at high linear velocity.
