Description The Alta DiagnoTech strong anion-exchange chromatography medium uses high-flow agarose beads coupled with a quaternary ammonium ligand. It is designed for biomolecule purification with high binding capacity, favorable pressure-flow behavior and straightforward cleaning-in-place.
