Product Name 3, 5 and 10 µm HILIC Silica Media with 120 Å Pores and Multiple Bonded Phases
Catalog No. IGM-HMM-0295
Description Alta DiagnoTech hydrophilic-interaction silica media provide multiple retention modes for strongly polar and hydrophilic compounds that are poorly retained by conventional reversed-phase chromatography. The rigid silica packing supports efficient HPLC analysis and preparative purification with strong selectivity and mechanical stability.
Intended Use HPLC analysis and preparative purification of strongly polar or hydrophilic compounds, including polar basic compounds, sugars, oligosaccharides, glycine, nucleotides, enzymes, water-soluble vitamins, melamine, streptomycin and steviol glycosides.
Principle / Technology Hydrophilic interaction chromatography using unbonded or polar bonded silica phases.
Performance Range / Specifications Bonded-phase options at 3, 5 and 10 µm use 120 Å pores, approximately 350 m²/g surface area, about 0.50 g/mL bulk density, 5-7% carbon content and a pH 2-8 use range.
Package Specifications 100 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg
