Catalog No. IGM-HMM-0270
Description Alta DiagnoTech conductive microspheres combine a monodisperse polymer core with a strongly bonded nickel shell. Uniform particle size, controlled elasticity and low electrical resistance support reliable vertical conduction between closely spaced electrodes.
Intended Use Microcircuit interconnection, vertical conduction between liquid-crystal display substrates, anisotropic conductive films and anisotropic conductive pastes.
Principle / Technology Compressible conductive contact formed by a nickel-coated polymer microsphere.
Performance Range / Specifications The overview states 3.0-11.0 µm sizes at 0.25 µm increments. The repeated parameter table lists 3.00-10.00 µm, CV ≤3.5%, 10% compression modulus approximately 450 or 500 kgf/mm², nickel thickness 100-150 nm and metal content 25-35% or 30-40%, depending on size group.
Product Form Nickel-coated conductive polymer microspheres
Quality Control Particle-size CV ≤3.5%; particles are described as well dispersed without overlap or agglomeration.
