Description The Alta DiagnoTech high-resolution size-exclusion media use highly crosslinked agarose and dextran beads. Uniform hydrophilic particles provide efficient gel-filtration separation of proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acids with two globular-molecule fractionation ranges.
