Intended Use Analysis and preparative purification of organic compounds, natural products, fermentation and semisynthetic antibiotics, peptides, proteins and other biomolecules.
Principle / Technology Reversed-phase liquid chromatography on alkyl or aromatic bonded silica.
Performance Range / Specifications Particle sizes span 1.7-50 µm. Pore sizes are 100, 120, 200 or 300 Å, surface area is approximately 100-450 m²/g, bulk density is approximately 0.40-0.60 g/mL, carbon content is approximately 3-17%, and the pH range is 2-8.
