Product Name 100-300 µm Strong Cation-Exchange Capture Agarose Medium for Viscous Feedstocks
Catalog No. IGM-HMM-0239
Description The Alta DiagnoTech strong cation-exchange chromatography medium uses high-flow agarose beads coupled with a sulfonate ligand. It is designed for biomolecule purification with high binding capacity, favorable pressure-flow behavior and straightforward cleaning-in-place.
Intended Use Capture-step purification of crude samples, large-volume feeds and high-viscosity process streams.
Principle / Technology Strong cation-exchange chromatography separates biomolecules according to surface-charge differences.
Performance Range / Specifications 100-300 µm particles; 180-280 µmol/mL as H+ ion capacity; maximum operating pressure 0.3 MPa; coarse particles support contamination tolerance and very high flow.
Storage Conditions 20% ethanol at 4-30 °C
Package Specifications 25 mL, 100 mL, 500 mL, 1 L, 5 L, 10 L and 50 L
