| Usage | The subject should be fasting or have abstained from food for at least two hours. Swallow one capsule of 14C urea with approximately 20 mL of cool drinking water. After sitting quietly for 15 minutes, open the gas collection card's outer packaging. Remove the card and blow into the designated air inlet. Do not inhale through the card. Stop blowing when the indicator in the card's display window changes from orange-red to yellow (approximately 1–3 minutes). Once sample collection is complete, insert the gas collection card into the corresponding instrument for measurement. |
