Description An enzyme blend containing collagenase type I and II, dispase, and DNase I for the gentle enzymatic dissociation of solid tissues into viable single-cell suspensions for primary cell culture and single-cell analysis.
Intended Use Dissociation of mouse and human tumor tissues, normal solid organs, and biopsy specimens into viable single-cell preparations for flow cytometry, scRNA-seq, and primary cell culture establishment.
Principle / Technology Collagenase degrades extracellular matrix collagen fibers; dispase cleaves fibronectin and type IV collagen in basement membrane; DNase I reduces clumping by digesting DNA released from damaged cells.
Detection Method Cell yield and viability by AO/PI staining, flow cytometric assessment of surface antigen preservation
