Description A Phi29-based multiple-displacement amplification kit for high-coverage whole-genome amplification from single cells or ultra-low DNA inputs.
Intended Use Whole-genome sequencing, whole-exome sequencing, copy-number variation analysis, microsatellite analysis, qPCR, microarray and preimplantation genetic testing research.
Principle / Technology Phi29 DNA polymerase performs isothermal multiple-displacement amplification with strong strand displacement and 3′→5′ proofreading activity.
