Product Name One-Step Multiplex RT-PCR Kit, Low-Background Version (DNA and RNA Pathogen Co-Detection)
Catalog No. REKI-0108
Description A one-step multiplex RT-PCR reagent that carries reverse transcription and hot-start multiplex amplification through in a single tube, built for amplicon library construction in pathogen sequencing. Panels scale from 1 to 2000-plex, amplicons between 100 and 500 bp amplify across a 25 to 75 percent GC window, and uniformity, specificity and sensitivity all stay high across panel sizes. Because reverse transcription and multiplex amplification share one tube, RNA and DNA pathogens are co-detected without separate handling, and the chemistry extends beyond the standard range into several-thousand-plex amplicon capture.
Intended Use Amplicon library construction for pathogen sequencing, syndromic co-detection of DNA and RNA pathogens, respiratory and blood culture pathogen panels.
Principle / Technology Reverse transcription and hot-start multiplex PCR proceed sequentially in one tube; panel primers determine targets while the premix supplies enzyme, buffer and dNTPs.
Performance Range / Specifications Panel depth 1 to 2000-plex; amplicons 100 to 500 bp; GC coverage 25 to 75 percent; high uniformity and sensitivity.
Specificity Built-in hot-start chemistry; single-tube workflow reduces cross-contamination risk.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Add template and panel primers to the premix, run reverse transcription followed by multiplex amplification, then continue library finishing.
Components / Formulation One-step RT-mPCR premix with hot-start polymerase, reverse transcriptase, reaction buffer, dNTPs.
Storage Conditions -25 to -15 °C
Package Specifications 24 T, 48 T, 96 T, 1000 T
Product Form Liquid premix
Key Features True one-tube RT and amplification; low background across panel sizes; broad fragment flexibility.
Compatibility Pathogen tNGS workflows on short-read sequencing platforms
