Description An RNase H-based depletion kit for removing ribosomal RNA from total RNA isolated from plant roots, seeds, leaves and other tissues.
Intended Use mRNA and noncoding RNA analysis from diverse plant species and tissues.
Principle / Technology Plant-targeted probes hybridize to cytoplasmic, mitochondrial and chloroplast rRNA, followed by RNase H digestion and DNase I treatment.
Detection Method Downstream RNA-seq library preparation and sequencing.
