| Performance Range / Specifications | Whole-blood lysis in approximately 3 minutes at room temperature. The recommended lysis range for blood is 2-10 µL sample, and 1-10 µL lysate may be used in a 20 µL amplification reaction. |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Combine the sample with the lysis reagents and incubate for 3 minutes at room temperature. Use the resulting lysate directly as amplification template. Mouse-tail material may require a 3-minute treatment at 95°C. |
