Description A rapid Hi-C workflow for generating genome-wide DNA–DNA interaction libraries from cells, tissues and frozen sections.
Intended Use Chromatin interaction analysis, three-dimensional genome research and genome-organization studies.
Principle / Technology Crosslinked chromatin is digested, end-labeled and proximity-ligated to capture spatially associated DNA fragments for sequencing.
Detection Method Hi-C next-generation sequencing and chromatin interaction analysis.
Sample Type Cultured cells, animal tissues, plant tissues and compatible frozen sections.
