Product Name Pathogen Multiplex PCR Mix for DNA and RNA
Catalog No. NG-QCY-0024
Description A hot-start multiplex PCR mix designed for complex DNA pathogen panels and direct amplification of reverse-transcription products from RNA pathogens.
Intended Use Pathogen detection, environmental microorganism identification, food-safety testing and targeted sequencing of DNA or RNA pathogens.
Principle / Technology Hot-start polymerase control and optimized multiplex buffer chemistry support uniform high-order amplification. Reverse-transcription products can enter PCR directly without purification.
Detection Method Endpoint PCR or downstream targeted next-generation sequencing.
Sample Type DNA templates and reverse-transcription products from RNA templates.
Performance Range / Specifications Supports 20–1,000-plex panels and 20–85% panel GC content; 24 or 96 reactions.
Specificity Optimized hot-start chemistry supports high specificity and uniform coverage across complex primer pools.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Prepare RNA targets by reverse transcription when required, add the resulting product directly to the multiplex PCR mix with a validated primer pool, and run a panel-specific program.
Components / Formulation Hot-start pathogen multiplex PCR mix for DNA and reverse-transcribed RNA target panels.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C. Do not store above room temperature.
Package Specifications 24 reactions; 96 reactions.
Product Form Ready-to-use multiplex PCR mix.
Quality Control Microbial background and multiplex amplification performance are controlled during release testing.
Key Features DNA and RNA target compatibility; direct use of reverse-transcription products; up to 1,000-plex amplification; broad GC compatibility; low background.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Compatibility Compatible with reverse-transcription products and targeted sequencing workflows.
Application Notes / Precautions Validate reverse-transcription input volume, primer balance and thermal conditions for each assay panel.
