Product Name Oxazole Yellow/PI Membrane Permeability Apoptosis Detection Reagent
Catalog No. CCAT-HMM-0016
Description Apoptosis refers to the genetically controlled, self-regulated, and orderly death of cells to maintain internal environmental stability. Apoptosis differs from necrosis; apoptosis generally refers to a programmed cell death process that occurs during cellular development or under certain factors through the regulation of intracellular genes and their products, while necrosis is a death process caused by strong physical, chemical, or biological factors leading to disordered cellular changes. The distinction between apoptosis and necrosis lies in characteristic morphological and biochemical changes, including alterations in cell membrane permeability and nuclear chromatin, cytoplasmic contraction, and loss of membrane asymmetry.
Application This product can be used for membrane permeability apoptosis detection.
