| Performance Range / Specifications | Batch consistency testing used one nasal swab and 1,000 copies of a pseudovirus target in 800 µL reagent; amplification curves were similar and ΔCt remained within ±0.5 Ct. |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Place 800 µL reagent in a 1.5 mL collection tube. Insert the collected swab, rotate the swab head in the liquid for at least 30 seconds, and incubate for 1 minute at 20-25°C. A 25 µL RT-PCR or RT-LAMP reaction can accept up to 10 µL lysate. |
