Product Name Native Barcode Ligation Module for Nanopore Sequencing
Catalog No. REKI-0117
Description A ligation module dedicated to the native barcode attachment step in nanopore library construction. The ligase raw material has been directionally engineered to accept end-prepared fragments carrying a 5-prime phosphate and 3-prime dA overhang and join native barcodes quickly, compressing the indexing step and keeping lot-to-lot library stability tight. Rigorous functional QC on every release protects reproducibility across projects.
Intended Use Native barcode attachment in nanopore DNA library construction, sample multiplexing for long-read sequencing, rapid ligation workflows.
Principle / Technology An engineered ligase joins native barcodes to 5-prime-phosphorylated, 3-prime-dA-overhang fragments with high efficiency at short incubation times.
Performance Range / Specifications Rapid barcode joining onto end-prepared substrates; QC-verified lot stability.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Mix end-prepared DNA, native barcodes and ligation mix, incubate, then continue adapter attachment.
Components / Formulation Engineered ligation enzyme, ligation buffer.
Storage Conditions -25 to -15 °C
Package Specifications 8 T, 24 T, 96 T
Product Form Liquid reagents
Key Features Directionally engineered ligase raw material; short incubation; drop-in compatible with upstream end-repair modules.
Compatibility Nanopore (ONT) sequencing platform; pairs with companion end repair and adapter ligation modules
