Product Name Mouse Naive CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit
Catalog No. ATR-SPS-0037
Description A column-free magnetic negative-selection kit for enriching naive CD8+ T cells from mouse lymphoid-tissue suspensions. Biotinylated antibodies label unwanted cells, which are removed with streptavidin magnetic beads while target cells remain unlabeled.
Intended Use Isolation of naive CD8+ T cells from mouse spleen and lymph-node single-cell suspensions.
Principle / Technology Negative selection using a biotinylated antibody cocktail and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads.
Detection Method Magnetic cell separation followed by flow-cytometric purity assessment.
Sample Type Mouse spleen, lymph node and mixed spleen/lymph-node single-cell suspensions.
Performance Range / Specifications Typical separation time: approximately 20 minutes; reported target-cell purity: 90-96%; reported viability: 90-96%; package capacity: up to 1 × 10^9 cells.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Incubate the cell suspension with the biotinylated antibody cocktail, add streptavidin magnetic beads and remove labeled non-target cells using a compatible magnetic separator.
Components / Formulation Biotinylated cell-isolation antibody cocktail and streptavidin magnetic beads.
Storage Conditions Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
Package Specifications For up to 1 × 10^9 cells.
Product Form Column-free magnetic cell-isolation kit.
Quality Control Purity and viability are assessed by flow cytometry.
Key Features Negative selection; target cells remain bead-free; no separation column; approximately twenty-minute workflow; no abnormal target-cell activation; broad lymphoid-tissue compatibility.
Shipping Conditions Ship with ice packs.
Compatibility Compatible magnetic cell-separation devices, flow cytometry, cell culture and downstream functional assays.
Application Notes / Precautions Prepare a high-quality single-cell suspension and remove aggregates before separation. Keep cells cold and handle gently to preserve viability.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
