Description Optimized buffer system for magnetic bead immunoprecipitation including binding/wash buffer, acidic and SDS elution buffers, neutralization buffer, and bead regeneration buffer. Low-background formulation minimizes non-specific binding while maximizing antibody-antigen interactions. Compatible with diverse magnetic bead types for protein enrichment applications.

Principle / Technology Optimized 150 mM NaCl + 0.05% NP-40 balances specific binding against hydrophobic non-specific interactions; BSA-free avoids antibody binding site competition
Detection Method Bind: antibody-beads + lysate in binding buffer (1-2 hr, 4 °C); Wash: 3-5× wash buffer; Elute: acid (pH 2.8) or SDS (2%) for 5-10 min; neutralize acid eluates
