| Procedure | 1. Add ATP standard to the standard wells and add culture medium to the control wells in the same plate containing the cells to be analyzed. 2. Add detergent solution and incubate for 5 minutes to lyse cells and stabilize ATP. 3. Add substrate solution and incubate for 5 minutes. 4. Store the plate in the dark for 10 minutes. 5. Analyze using a microplate reader. |
