Product Name Exosome Isolation Reagent for Cell Culture Supernatant
Catalog No. ATR-SPS-0034
Description A one-step precipitation reagent for isolating exosomes from cell-culture supernatants using routine low-speed centrifugation. The workflow reduces mechanical stress and supports recovery of vesicles with preserved morphology.
Intended Use Isolation of exosomes from cultured-cell supernatants for RNA analysis, high-throughput sequencing and cell co-culture studies.
Principle / Technology Selective precipitation of extracellular vesicles followed by low-speed centrifugation.
Detection Method Downstream nanoparticle, protein, RNA and sequencing analyses.
Sample Type Cell-culture supernatant from a variety of cultured cell types.
Performance Range / Specifications Suitable for low-volume inputs beginning at approximately 1 mL of culture supernatant. Recovered pellets may be resuspended in 100-200 µL of 1× PBS or processed directly with a downstream lysis reagent.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Add the isolation reagent to clarified culture supernatant, incubate as directed and collect the precipitated vesicles by low-speed centrifugation.
Components / Formulation Exosome isolation precipitation reagent.
Storage Conditions Store at 4°C. Do not freeze.
Package Specifications 50 mL.
Product Form Liquid precipitation reagent.
Key Features No ultracentrifuge required; one-step precipitation; low-speed centrifugation; low sample-volume compatibility; preserved vesicle morphology.
Compatibility RNA extraction, miRNA analysis, high-throughput sequencing and cell co-culture workflows.
Application Notes / Precautions To minimize serum-derived vesicle contamination, use serum-free medium or exosome-depleted serum during the collection period. Collect supernatant after an appropriate conditioning interval and clarify it before isolation.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
